The second time I return to Singapore for attending conference. Till this day, I still feel like a huge honor to be accepted at ICLR. Each time pay Singapore a visit, I feel like there could be a “destiny” between us, it helps me connect new friends, learn new things, and grow stronger with my academic passion.
